Happy New Year to all!
I hope to have a new BEST OF SEVEN CD out by years end. Denny and I are writing and so far the songs are incredible.
Also still writing for the WICKED JESTER CD and waiting for "Two Guys Drinking At A Bar" to get picked up by a network.
As for the family, everything is great and just happy to be given another year to enjoy them.
Make all of your dreams come true in 2009!!!!!!

Don't fret BEST OF SEVEN will be performing soon. Brian Wong is on tour with Styx until August/September and Denny is busy touring with Former as for Rob and myself we are working hard on the Wicked Jester project. Once summer is over we will come together to do a show or two at least that is the plan. Don't forget Best Of Seven songs are on itunes

Jester is playing at the Whisky A Go Go September 12 2008. I joined this band when I was 19 years old in 1988. 20 years later we are going to do this again! Hope to see ya there.

This Wednesday Wicked Jester with our new bass player Dev Gilmore (replacing Kenny Kweens) start rehearsals for some summer shows. Looks to be a great summer with both BO7 and WJ.

Hey Kids,
BO7 is up and running on iTunes. It is amazing to have this type of exposure and to offer our fans a few unheard songs from the basement. 18 gems in all so check it out! Everything is going well on the reunion front, slow but moving forward. I will keep you all informed.

24 of Best Of Seven's songs and demos will be on itunes in the next few weeks. Some familiar, some only heard by insiders. A big thanks to Mike J. Nichols for helping me with the deal.
We are also in talks right now doing some one off reunion shows in the coming months. We are re-recording the theme song for WIRX's Jason Lee Show and BO7 has been in two movies being released worldwide. This sounds like a blast for us and our fans! Keep checking in for updates.

Denny Smith and I were both in Peoria last Tuesday and played an acoustic set of covers and signature BO7 songs! It was great to see so many old friends there. Setlist:

Here is what is going on lately.
I (listed as Best Of Seven) have 4 songs in the new movie "Virgin Pockets" that just debuted at a film festival. I have at least 1 song in the horror movie that will be released in this fall called "Chasing Darkness". "On The Radio" has been chosen as the theme of a yet untitled show on the SPEED channel.
Also "Two Guys Drinking At A Bar" is being relaunched this month with all new episodes! Check it out on itunes, it's free.
Wicked Jester is on hold until further notice. D.D. Ehrlich(guitar) is currently doing the editing for the new METALLICA CD!! Pretty cool huh? More coming up soon!

Been busy working on the Wicked Jester project with DD and Rob. It is sounding amazing. Very different than anything I have ever done before.
Also the "Two Guys Drinking At A Bar" show was featured on itunes last week and is on their "What To Watch" list. It also is doing well on YouTube. Norm McDonald ,Val Kilmer, Adam Sandler and Jessica Beil are all loyal subscribers of the show. Pretty Cool Huh! The show was also featured on melodicrock.com and the WIRK interview with Jason Lee.

An friend of 25 years passed away on sunday. Her name was Lori Berardi. She was a great caring person that will be sadly missed. Please pray for her family.

Busy month! I wrote the theme song for the upcoming web sitcom "Two Guys Drinking at a Bar". It is written and directed by Mike Nichols and stars Kevin Farley (Chris Farleys brother) This is gonna be big!! I am also writing a bumper themesong for The Jason Lee Show, called " Goodbye"
BEST OF SEVEN's music will be featured in two upcoming indie films this summer. "Virgin Pockets" and the horror film "Chasing Darkness"
I also wanted to let ya all know that we are currently recording 14 songs from the old Wicked Jester Days!! Unfortunately Kenny Kweens will not be a part of this project.What is cool about this is that it is actually Wicked Jesters 20 year anniversary, so to revisit some of this stuff after all of these years has been a blast! D.D. and Rob are playing better than ever so I can't wait for you all to hear it! Bands come and go but friends last forever.
As for me I am busy writing more songs for my solo release and with any luck I should have something by years end!

Sorry, it has been a while.
I played my first show this month at Crane's in Hollywood and it was great. Played some covers as well as songs that I have written through the years. I hope to have some new music for ya soon. I am also working on a secret project with some old friends that so far has been a blast! Was asked to write and record the theme song for a sitcom that will be shown exclusively on the web, and a couple of my tunes will be in a independent film coming out Sept-October. So much stuff. I need to stay busy or I will go crazy!

Best Of Seven did a cover of the Enuff Z Nuff song "BABY LOVES YOU" with Donnie Vie last year and it is available on a CD called Labor Of Love that came out recently so pick it up! It includes a song from Ritchie Sambora(Bon Jovi), 40ft Ringo, Jeff Pilson(Dokken), Russ Parrish(Metal Skool) as well as members of Journey! Pretty amazing to be a part of. Also the CD is to help a fellow musicians fight aginst cancer! We wish Ricky well!
